	First, dress the end of the mattress. Slide the mattress into the tube formed by the sheet. Ensure waterproof mattress or waterproof cover is used. For patient comfort a cotton coversheet is recommended. Note nurse's rubber gloves.
	Diaper the patient and slide legs into the tunnel formed by the sheet. Turn the patient on his/her side and tuck the belt under his/her back. Tuck well under the side of the patient touching the bed. Any idea of the make of this diaper? Its  a Molicare made by Hartman in Germany. They are a THICK diaper and I find them a GR8 diaper. 	Roll the patient onto its back.
	Turn the patient onto its other side.
	Take the other free part of belt and tension very firmly.
	Put the two parts of the waist belt on each other and press together firmly. Note the white rubber bed sheet, window bars and diaper.
	Check the belt for a tight secure fit.
	Tuck the bed-clothes on each side
	Take the two locking ends of the belt. Insert each locking end in the other to fasten.
