ALFA-PROJ Ltd., makers of Ralkem restraints was founded in 1993 as a private company and it continues in the tradition of arms production in Brno, Czech Republic.

The company has been offering a wide variety of free revolvers such as blank firing 9 mm Knall models and 4 mm Randz. long and 6 mm ME - Flobert models, and revolvers from caliber .22 Long Rifle as well.

ALFA-PROJ Ltd. also produces handcuffs with chain or hinges, legcuffs, suitcase handcuff and a restraint belt.

RALKEM handcuffs are recommended by the manufacturer for reliable short-time detaining a suspect person following arrest and during transport, without regard to sex or age of the arrested person.

RALKEM handcuffs are connected with either a hinge or a chain. Both types limit the possibility movements of the hands of arrested person.

Two-pawl locking mechanism on all models prevents the opening of the handcuffs by tools other than the key.

All RALKEM handcuffs are made from steel No. 11320.21 (DIN St1203) nickel coated against corrosion and fully conform to NIJ Standard for Metallic handcuffs (0307.01) and CSN (Czech Standard).

All restraints have a 2 year guarantee from the date of delivery.
