Getting to the bottom of things Enemas What are they? Quite simply, and put in polite terms, an enema is the injection of fluid into the rectum for the purpose of inducing defecation. Why Would I Want To Give An Enema? The medical reason for an enema is constipation. An enema will flush out the rectal area, and quite often get the normal elimination actions re-started. Another medical reason for an enema is to get medicine and other similar things into the body - especially when the person is vomiting a lot and can't keep the medicine in the stomach. If you give an enema that reaches high up into the colon and flushes that out as well, the feeling of relief after it is all emptied out is very pleasant and refreshing. An enema creates a feeling of renewal and cleansing. The insides are made pure and all of the old trash is thrown out. A thorough housecleaning, if you will. Many people find that receiving an enema is humiliating. After all another person is poking around in the most private of all private parts of your body and is forcing you to do something in their presence that you normally do all alone and behind a closed (locked?) door. Allowing someone else to give you an enema (either by consent, or after restraining them, by ‘force’) is often seen as an act of submission - especially when the setting is that of a Dominant/submissive. Many people find that receiving an enema is incredibly erotic and they will maintain an erection throughout most of the session. Others find it impossible to get an erection, no matter how much they are enjoying it and no matter how much they try. But, this does not detract from their pleasure. The area around the rectal sphincter (this is the muscle that keeps the rectum closed up, and is the area you feel when you put your finger 'back there') is filled with sensitive nerve endings. The insertion of the enema nozzle and the introduction of warm water filling the bowels and applying pressure to the walls of the bowels is also a highly pleasurable experience for many people.
Is An Enema Dangerous? Yes, it can be, but that very rarely happens. There is always a possible danger anytime you put something in your body that was not meant by nature to be there. It has been rumoured that having too many enemas are dangerous - perhaps they are habit forming, perhaps they deplete certain necessary minerals from your body. Health professionals say that none of this is true. What About Equipment? There are three commonly used methods in use today for administering an enema.
The second is sometimes like a hot water bottle.
This is a closed system, and it has a hose that is fastened to the The third is a syringe of the type that is normally used to douche the vagina. This works well, especially from the stand point of forcing the liquid in. The drawback is that the available quantity of the solution is limited. This is not the case for the one known as the Higginson's Syringe which is fitted with one way valves and can be pumped to your hearts content.
If you are using an enema bag, or a hot water bottle that is suspended, the bottom of the bag should be about 12 inches above the rectal opening. If it is higher, it creates more water pressure and it will usually cause more discomfort more quickly. A slow gentle flow will usually get more solution into the body. There are many ‘normal’ nozzles like this flexible plastic tipped one. 6" long 5/8"in diameter. Four side outlets & 1 large front outlet. Step-down connector at back of tip firmly holds 5/16" tubing. Everyone should have one of these.
They are expensive but everyone must have one of these. It is a great device if you require a complete control and a safe way to take enemas without leakage, and if you enjoy inducing cramping fantastic. It also permits the sphincter to relax, even when taking high enemas and retention enemas. Or how about a butt plug nozzle? This one is
designed for users who needs a secure fit and size. 2" in diameter. Comes
with inflator bulb, Positions? There are a wide variety of possible positions. The best position is the one in which you can get the solution in as far as possible with the best possible feelings. It has long been thought that laying on your left side, with your legs drawn up against your body, in a foetal position, was the best. The logic here is that the colon, or large intestine, goes up the left side of the body, so the solution will flow into it more easily.
same level as your legs. This causes the solution to naturally flow downwards and to completely fill your large intestine, all of the way to where it meets the small intestine. Sometimes a standing position works better. With the recipient fully restrained face down works for me and a little experimentation is usually the best answer. How? Once your enema bag is full, hang the bag from a towel rack, showerhead, shower curtain or IV pole. Lubricate your colon tube. Lie down on your left side on a comfortable spot and insert the colon tube. How the colon tube is inserted varies between individuals. Here are some helpful tips: 1. Never use force. Lots of lubricant and gentle pressure is all that is needed. 2. The best way to insert a colon tube is to begin a flow of the enema to create a channel, then insert in stages, gradually. 3. I recommend medium diameter or larger, about French 30 to 34 for the tube. 4. Each person reacts differently to colon tubes, even when a 'channel' of enema water or solution is created. You might never get the tube all the way in and you should never force it. 5. It is not really necessary to get the entire colon tube into your colon in order to accomplish a 'high' enema. Use time, patience and gravity to your benefit. Unless the colon is congenitally abnormal or something similar, the enema should be able to reach the 'high' areas of the colon. 6. Probably the best way to take a 'deep' colon tube insertion is to start out with your male on his left side. Take some tube and water and then, after the tube is 'in' about 10+ inches, turn him over on to his back, with hips elevated on a pillow or something. Obviously, it's better to have someone else helping but that's not possible for most people. Just remember that it's not necessarily how deep the colon tube goes in but, rather, how deep the solution goes in that really counts. Slowly feed the water from the enema in over 5-15 minutes. Make him hold the enema for at least 5 more minutes, if not 20 minutes. Use a retention nozzle is the best way. Once he has taken the entire solution and has retained it for some time, make him sit on the toilet and let his colon and body cleanse themselves. You can stand and watch his face contort with great amusement. What About Solutions? There are a variety of solutions that can be used. Plain hot tap water is always a favourite. If you want to get really clean inside, add a little soap to the water. Make sure that it is pure soap, and not detergent. Ivory hand soap in a bar is a good choice, as is castile soap. Soap has a tendency to cause cramping and I feel in BDSM that this is beneficial, and as an aside it also works better a getting the intestines cleaned out. Some people enjoy the cramping sensations so make the solution nice and strong. To further induce cramping or the urge as I like to call it add glycerine (see later) and use a retention plug. Coffee is used quite often as a quick 'pick-me-up'. Would you like a coffee? What a unique way to give him one if he answers yes. Coffee - a good base, suppose to be very good for you, Try mixing 4 cups coffee with plain water to dilute a bit and make the enema higher volume. Alcoholic beverages are also used sometimes. Beer, wine, and hard liquor are possible choices. You will get very drunk, very fast this way. And, there is the very definite possibility that you will pass out while the solution is still going in, and you can die from alcohol poisoning. If you feel the definite urge to experiment with alcohol in the solution, it is suggested that you start with beer. Leave it out in a bowl for a while However, it does create a sensation of pressure and causes cramping. It really makes a male feel like they need to expel it. I add less than 1/4 teaspoon to 3/4 cup of water. You let it go in, then ad another 3/4 cup of just water. This feels like at least 6 cups of water. It's great mind fuck if you team it up with rubbing a deep heat cream around his dick and balls. Soap suds enema, is another low volume enema that hurts like hell because it causes lots of cramping. You mix a packet of Castile soap with 1 to 2 cups of water in a old-fashioned closed top enema bag (hot water bottle) and shake well. Let the water flow in then squeeze the bag to get all the soap suds inside. This will create lots of pressure, but when you let him expel it not much will come out. If you are kind you will eventually rinse all the soap out with larger volume plain water enema. I do not normally, and my male experiences cramping throughout the day from the suds stuck inside moving around. Though most people don't mention it, I like to use cold water when giving an enema. This was is not anywhere near freezing, but it is cool to the touch. It may not be as good for cleaning, but it creates more cramping. Most of the time I just use plain water or mix soap / lemon juice in. However, if your willing to take the time and effort you can create a enema that cramps a lot and is really good for your you male too. Lemon juice- aids cleansing and causes extra cramping. Use 1/3 cup for every quart Castile soap- aids cleansing and causes extra cramping. Use 1 - 2T per quart Salt- Used to prevent absorption of water. Not really or that desirable when just doing one enema. If doing more than one or more, use in the last one to prevent cerebra edema. Use 1 T per quart.

Liquid Glycerine injected directly in the anus is
very, very effective. It can be purchased over the counter in BP form and
is very cheap. Mix with warm water if you want a high volume hard to hold enema. Suppositories These are normally available in most chemists over the counter. They are easy to apply and as I am sure you will agree ideal aids for diaper domination punishment. The suppositories usually comes with patient directions but most can be doubled safely if the recipient health is ok. Lubricate anus with KY jelly before inserting the magic bullets. Results often may be obtained with: Bisacodyl suppositories in 15 minutes to 1 hour.
Glycerine suppositories work in 15 minutes to 1 hour. These can also be melted to form larger single suppository. Use a stainless steel bowl standing in a pan of boiling water to melt them. Do not apply direct heat although we have had reports of a microwave being used successfully. If you try this do not over cook and get air bubbles in the glycerine. When to have your melted glycerine use the fingers of an un-powered latex glove (wash/dry a powdered one) as a mould/s. You are now only limited by the size of the fingers! CO2 suppositories The C02 suppository is one of our most popular items. Simply moisten and insert as far up in your rectum as possible with your finger, wait between 15-30 minutes and you will feel an intense need to use the bathroom. The gas generated by the suppository forces out material in your rectum. You may need to make another trip or two to the bathroom, but for the most part you should be finished within an hour. For most people one suppository works fine. HOW DOES IT WORK? C02 suppositories combine Sodium Bicarbonate and Potassium Bitartrate to generate approximately 150cc's of carbon dioxide (C02 . The release of gas gently distends the rectal ampulla and forces the matter in your bowels out, leaving you clean and ready for fun. There are no irritants in C02 suppositories, and unlike uncomfortable enemas, they do not flush away the necessary bacteria in your digestive tract.
