Hello Lady A, i got the plans, thank you. The detail is great, it must have taken quite awhile to design this piece. i have laid out most of the parts in cardboard to get a feel for things before i cut real wood. i have a couple of thoughts/modifications that i wanted to get your opinion about. Some of these are because of the materials that are available or that i already have on hand. For example i plan to use 1/2" PVC pipe for the headrest, i have a lot of the stuff. i was going to make the base 16 x 30, the longer length, a- for stability & b- i have a furniture dolly that i can set the pony so that it can be rolled around with someone mounted on it, could be a fun game if the sub is blindfolded and moved around a room for others to grope or spank, also the Mistress might want to position the sub "just so" to use as a table or foot rest. i picked up a yard, more than enough, black vinyl material to cover the top, base and head rest, that way it can be wiped clean after use, especially if the pony is to be used in group scenes. i will paint the other parts gloss black. Ankle stocks Instead of a spacer i intend to use 2x 8" stock, also i thought that i would separate the cut outs be an extra 1", placing the centres 5" from the edge instead of 5.5", also i would move the dowels toward the edges by an extra 1/2". i will use a hasp & padlock to lock the 2 pieces together. On the cock support i need to make the hole at least 1.5", to fit and it is the size hole saw that i have, also i am think of keeping the support rectangular so that another can be clamped on top of the "resting" balls, a sort of ball crusher, sound interesting? Again thanks, i can't wait to complete the unit to try it. You have had someone on the pony for 3-4 hours, really? he/she must have been putty in your hands, willing to do ANYTHING after that. ;-p sal

Other ideas and adaptations
The adding of two rails as indicated on this modified picture. These further
restrict the rider by stopping outward movement of the legs and thus arms as
they are normally, as in your picture trapped inside the legs. The side
rails can be made removable if you find them too restrictive for all riders.
If like me you are into CP and like a stationary target I can recommend
them!
Have two or three versions of the top half of the stocks with different size holes to accommodate various limb sizes. Very useful if you have female and male riders of widely different body sizes. The hinge we used on the foot stocks is like the one to the left with a removable pin. For electric play add electrodes to the inside of the cuffs and top. Have the hand stocks lock placed where little fingers can reach it and have it as one side of the circuit. Leave the key where the rider can reach it. Turn on the power to a high setting and wait fir the fun to begin. You can always change the key for one of the same type which will fit the key way but note open the lock. Opps sorry little slave;-) Now here is a guy who knows how to use his tool - sorry, wood tools. Check out the finish on this little beauty.

I have taken a quick look at the "pony", and I think that it would be an interesting thing to build, but most unfortunately, my workshop-options limit themselves to my livingroom (which is not all that big). For that unfortunate reason I am somewhat unable to build the device *sighing* You asked for possible improvements, and having looked loosely through the building instruction, I have found two possible improvements/alternations:  1/
I might add in a 'gag-stick' shaped somewhat like a "T", with the 'stem' secured
into a hole at the bottom of the device, which should forsce the 'top bar' of
the "T" into the mouth of the 'trapee', as sort of a 'bit' - if you get my
drift.I guess that I'd make it in a way, which would allow for the removal of the "T", in case I'd like to be able to talk to the 'trapee'. Please see attached sketch. I also considered the use og either a ballgag at the top of the stick, as well as a dildogag, but both have the ability to block the air-flow, if the 'trapee' end up in a state of deep relaxation, i.e. if the pony is used for multiple-orgasm-play (which I could get fond of). The "T" on the other hand will not be able to 'go so deep' into the mouth of the 'trapee', that it could block the respiration. 2/ If I were to build the pony, I'd fancy that the knees were spread out a little mor, as this woulkd allow for easier access to the (especially male) genitalia. I think that this would be no major obstruction, as the pony supports the body completely, which in turns removes the pressure of supporting the body, with the knees alone. I would achieve this, by simply expanding the knee-with, by making the bottom of the poiny somewhat wider, upon which I'd place a piece of vertical board between the knees, in order to hold them apart.
