Let's just call this a rough draft, but it's something I've come up with from all the chats I've had with you all over the years. It’s a very real home "treatment" that's do able and I think that is the beauty of it. I'd love to hear feedback from you all via TheBlackMaskDecends@adelphia.net.

Medical Fetish
1. Patient is to remove all clothing
2. Patient is laid on bed
3. Basic restraints only are to be used at this point. This includes waist and wrists only.
4. Patient can be using oxygen/anaesthesia masks as required or desired by nurse.
5. Patient can be covered while the nurse/s prepare themselves.
6. Nurse is to prepare with gown, cap, and gloves. Mask can be left untied at this point.
7. Nurse should prepare enema equipment.
8. The first enema bag is filled with simple warm water.
9. The second bag is to be filled with soapy hot water.
10. Bags can be
left in bathroom while preliminary exam is completed
11. Patient needs basic vitals taken…listen to heart, check blood pressure, take pulse, etc…
12. Basic rectal exam should be done at this point.
13. After rectal exam patient is to be released from bed.
14. Patient should be handcuffed
15. Patient is taken into bathroom where first enema is to be given
16. Nurse must be masked at this point. Can don second pair of gloves if so desired.
17. Nozzle is placed in patient's rectum. Bulb is inflated and tugged on several times to insure it is in place.
18. Enema is given with patient seated on toilet. This will allow decent retention of the second enema.
19. Once the first enema is complete the Nurse will deflate the bulb and remove it from patient's rectum. Patient will be allowed several minutes to release.
20. Patient is to be escorted back to the bed where he is restrained on his belly. Handcuffs can be left in place if Nurse desires to do so. Must be combined with ankle restraints.
21. Nurse inserts enema nozzle again. The bulb is inflated and again tugged on several times to ensure it is properly in place.
22. The enema bag is filled with the solution of soapy hot water.
23. The enema is administered with the flow going in very slowly.
24. If Nurse desires, patient can be prevented from watching the bag empty by use of a blindfold.
25. Once again, patient should be wearing oxygen/anaesthesia masks as the Nurse desires. A variation of this would be for Nurse to place gag on patient.
26. Once enema is finished, patient is to be left on bed for several minutes to hold the enema.
27. Once this has been completed, the patient is assisted from the bed and led to the bathroom.
28. Patient is seated on toilet.
29. At this point the Nurse is to deflate the nozzle and allow the patient to release all of the enema solution. Gag and blindfold, if used, should be left in place throughout.
30. Once patient has satisfactorily release he should be led back to the bed.
31. He is to be laid down on his back and fully restrained.
32. At this point a sperm sample should be taken.
33. Once a patient has had a satisfactory sperm sample taken he can be left to rest.
34. Nurse should diaper the patient and use the appropriate plastic pants over top to assure dryness if the patient should wet.
35. If she so desires the Nurse can leave the blindfold and gag in place. It is recommended the patient be wearing an anaesthesia or oxygen mask for this rest period.
